You’ll grow technical and project‑management skills while contributing to projects that make a real difference locally and globally.What You’ll Be DoingDesign and review electrical and ICA (EICA) designs for water and wastewater infrastructure, including infrastructure and non‑infrastructure assets.Develop drawings and documentation such as plant general arrangements, power single line diagrams, cable block diagrams, instrumentation loop diagrams, P&IDs, control system architecture, and I/O schedules.Collaborate across disciplines, working closely with clients, contractors and internal teams to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions.Use digital tools and data‑driven approaches to enhance design quality and efficiency.Gain exposure to project and commercial management, supported by mentoring, training and our Early Careers Professionals Network.Candidate SpecificationCommitted and motivated graduates with a genuine passion and desire to make a difference.
