Candidate Specification We’re looking for curious, motivated graduates with a relevant bachelor’s degree (master’s required for some opportunities). You should have less than 12 months of relevant experience and a degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) in one of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Show genuine interest in the role and Mott MacDonald by highlighting relevant experience, modules studied, previous work, or research undertaken.
