About The Role FIS is looking for a Revenue Operations, Office of the CCO role to help further accelerate our growth by improving our sales performance and efficiency. You will ensure we have best-in-class systems, processes, tools, and analytical horsepower to fuel our broader go‑to‑market (GTM) function. This is a pivotal role that directly contributes to the success of our GTM teams. We seek a proactive self‑starter who thrives in environments with multiple cross‑functional stakeholders and varying priorities. You will handle day‑to‑day requests while your real passion lies in digging deep, uncovering the "why," and providing insights that help the Revenue Organization make better decisions. As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will shape the function with significant autonomy and impact. You will report to the SVP of Revenue and head of the Office of the CCO, partnering on strategy development and execution. What you will be doing Craft and optimize customer segmentation and sales strategy so coverage models focus on target segments Produce, share, and present field‑coverage reports to leadership, analyzing penetration, account distribution, and potential Extract insights from data to explain territory performance and update sales tools and maps accordingly Manage performance inquiries related to planning, account assignments, and sales plans Partner with senior sales leaders to uncover growth opportunities and improve sales force efficiency Performance management Analyze and report crucial revenue metrics, delivering actionable insights for decision‑making Track and interpret business metrics against the operating plan, creating weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership Identify performance variances across accounts and SEs, recommending improvement plans Refine and enhance sales forecast models and methodologies Analyze and drive process improvements to enhance speed and accuracy of information Special Projects Leadership Identify, lead, and manage strategic projects that drive process improvements and revenue enhancements Coordinate resources across departments to optimize processes and support overarching business goals Gather, develop, and analyze data from multiple teams to create efficient reports and processes What you will need Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or Economics 2‑5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, corporate strategy, revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations in a technology/financial services company Very strong analytical background Outstanding program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Ambiguous problem‑solving and executive communication skills, facilitating meetings with executives and partnering across functions Positive, can‑do, roll‑up‑the‑sleeves mindset Added bonus if you have MBA or Master's degree in a technical or quantitative field Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL Proficiency in sales tools such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong Experience with coding preferred (e.g., R, Python) What we offer you Opportunities to innovate in fintech Inclusive and diverse team atmosphere Professional and personal development Resources to contribute to your community Competitive salary and benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
