About the role Reporting directly to the Vice President – Growth & Strategy, you’ll be a senior and key member of the team, acquiring and scaling strategic partners. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing high‑value partnerships that drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence. Responsibilities Commercial partnership development: Own your acquisition pipeline to proactively expand the Headout distribution network with new strategic partners. Prioritize actions based on the impact qualified leads have on the bottom line and brand awareness. Key account management: Manage and nurture relationships with key partners, building trust. Provide partners with the right tools to skyrocket their performance. Performance analysis & optimization: Monitor partner performance and revenue generation. Analyze data and trends to develop strategic recommendations that enhance partner outcomes. Collaborative impact & brand building: Partner closely with regional teams to drive revenue growth and amplify our brand presence. Use partnerships to solidify positioning in the experiences industry. Ownership & scaling: Define partnership lifecycle strategy, product inputs, and measurement, then scale wins. Drive & network building: Build senior relationships, leverage your existing network, analyze market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Collaboration: Work with cross‑functional teams—engineering, product, design, operations, finance and marketing—to build the distribution business. What skills you need Partnership sales experience: 4‑8 years driving revenue growth through partnerships or B2B sales, with mid‑market or enterprise clients. Value‑driven deal making: Craft partnership proposals creating clear business value for both parties. Go‑to‑market collaboration: Comfort with product, supply, and marketing teams to bring partnerships to life. Pipeline ownership: Qualify, prioritize, and progress leads through structured sales processes; CRM hygiene, forecasting, and performance tracking. Structured problem solving: First‑principles thinking to design solutions in ambiguous contexts. Curiosity & competitive awareness: Gather insights on competitors, market dynamics, partner needs, and translate into differentiated opportunities. Bonus Experience scaling sales or business development in a startup. Thrives in fast‑changing environments, adjusting quickly while maintaining focus. Deeply understands the market’s pulse.
