Sales at Humaans Our Sales team is looking for an entrepreneurial, career‑focused, ambitious revenue leader with a growth mindset to join in London. As one of our first dedicated Account Executives in the Mid‑Market space you’ll drive our revenue growth, build the company and be a key driver of our success. You’ll build relationships with top leaders, executives and decision‑makers at innovative and forward‑thinking companies. Focus / Ownership Lead our revenue growth ambition in Europe targeting promising scale‑ups and mid‑market companies (initially 200‑600 people, scaling to 2,000‑3,000). Full ownership and accountability of creating, managing and closing your own pipeline. Define new outbound strategies, tactics, decks and messaging to win your ICP. Know the product intimately, working with Engineering & Customer Success, articulate complex capabilities and pitch value to customers, and bring feedback to steer the roadmap. Deeply solve customers’ problems and go above and beyond to understand their pains. Articulate a vision and position our product roadmap and company trajectory clearly and compellingly. Build relationships with HR/People leaders and business transformation leaders where they are. Requirements 4–6 years in commercial roles (ideally within B2B SaaS). Experience in top‑tier, VC‑backed companies or similar high‑ambition settings. Proven track record in highly competitive categories, consistently hitting and exceeding quotas. Consistently closed deals with ARR between $50 k–$100 k. Career oriented with ambition, making necessary sacrifices to reach goals. Move fast and set a high pace for those around you. Adapt communication style to audience – senior executive or junior operator. Likely to build your own company in the future or have entrepreneurial experience. Outstanding skills in building relationships, influencing, gaining trust. Location This is an in‑person role based at our Central London office (Chancery Lane).
