You''ll receive specialist training to maintain and repair critical survival equipment that safeguards pilots throughout their flying training and operational missions.Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:Repair and rectify all aircrew air systemsPerform routine maintenance on clothing, parachutes, ELTs, and flotation devicesConduct stock checks and manage consumable suppliesCarry out weekly and monthly tool checks and maintain tool control standardsManage sensitive data, asset allocation, and maintenance control systems.This role is full time working 40 hours per week and is based on site at Benson, Oxfordshire.Essential experienceA strong passion for engineering and aviation, with a keen interest in technical innovation and aircraft systems.QualificationsWe value difference and don’t have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can show the required level of experience and/or willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you.Security ClearanceSuccessful candidates must meet Ministry of Defence security clearance requirements, including at minimum a Baseline Security Check and Enhanced DBS.
