Are you a rail Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience working on renewals frameworks for Network Rail? Do you have experience working for a Tier 1 contractor? Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum DOE + £6,600 car allowance or company car. You will take commercial leadership on a variety of rail renewal schemes, including earthworks, bridge renewals, and platform extensions, typically valued between £2-5 million. There is also a unique opportunity to be involved in a new £20 million battery storage project in Middlesbrough. Your day-to-day will include managing all commercial aspects of your projects and providing mentorship to junior members of the team.You will be joining a leading, family-owned civil engineering contractor that is a key partner to Network Rail and is expanding significantly into the energy sector. With plans to grow regional turnover from £40 million to £60 million, this is an exciting time to become part of their journey.You will be joining a key player in the UK's rail infrastructure sector, delivering vital projects as part of the national Renewals framework.
