Role Description
Senior Support Worker- Make Everyday Matter 
Location:Aylesbury, Oxfordshire
Salary:£13.53 per hour
Hours:7.00am – 2:30pm, 2.30 pm – 10.00pm, Sleep in 10:00pm -7:00am (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis. Please note, the shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support)
Contract:Full time, Permanenet
Right to Work:Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any skilled worker visas.

Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
You'll have A QCF in Health & Social Care level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health & Social Care and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living.
Previous experience in a care/support setting
A valid manual UK driving licence (Optional)
The legal right to live and work in the UKWhat You’ll Be Doing

Ability to lead by example, being professional, patient and calm under pressure -Supporting daily routines – from morning support to bedtime
You'll supervise daily outputs and assist the deputy manager in managing staff performance, development and appraisals
Ensure the people, you will assist and their families, are treated with respect, dignity, and equality
