Working Hours 41.5 hrs per week (Mon - Sun, with 1 day off during the week, 1in 4 Saturdays off and 2 in 4 Sundays off)Benefits 25 Days Holiday Allowance, Company Pension Scheme, Staff Discount on Vehicles and Servicing, Career DevelopmentLocation BraintreeClosing Date 30/11/2025Salary OTE £40k+ (Un-capped commission structure)Job DescriptionExperienced Sales Executive vacancy - BraintreeWe are currently recruiting for an Experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Gates of Braintree.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate model features and technology to customers.Maintain contact with the customer through each step of the vehicle purchase from initial enquiry, to follow up.Provide timely response and follow up on enquiries in person, by phone, and e-mail.Undertake all possible effort to achieve and exceed sales targets.Assist with the implementation of dealership events.Develop and maintain knowledge of products and technologies.Identify and develop opportunities to increase dealership awareness and interest in the brand.A professional appearance and demeanour.The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.IT literate - KeyloopDrive experience preferable but not essential.Good organisational skills.A full UK driving licence is essential.Gates are an equal opportunity employer.
