Role Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons. Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Support pupils with additional needs to ensure they reach their full potential. Requirements: Previous experience working with children (school-based or similar setting). A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
