Within the OC&C team, you are the Manager’s key support – and sometimes sparring partner – as well as a confident coach for more junior colleagues.Due to growth, we are looking for consultants to join our team in Germany.To apply, please send your application to: [email protected]About The CandidateKey Tasks:Contribute to the formulation and implementation of recommendations to improve the economic performance of clientsDeliver studies on topics such as Strategy, M&A, International Expansion, Operations & Organisation, Growth etcSource relevant data to support recommendationsConstruct financial analysis of client businessesPrepare and deliver client presentationsHelp to position OC&C as leaders in strategic consultancyTranslate Strategy and business needs into deliverable designsPrevious ExperienceA minimum of 3 years' of work experience, including experience of complex strategy consulting projectsMultiple year experience of working for a leading strategy consulting firmApplied experience in translating key client issues into deliverables and implementing these designsPersonal CharacteristicsOutstanding leadership qualities, a strong knowledge of global markets and a proven track record of developing successful relationships with both clients and colleagues alikeVery strong communications skills required for internal and external communicationsA true appreciation for rigourA highly numerate individual who is hypothesis and issue-drivenA pragmatic and structured implementer with high energy levelsA straightforward, focused attitudeHigh business ethics: honesty, respect for the individual and culturally unbiasedAnalytical, clear thinkers who can recognise critical issues and dedicate his or her attention accordinglySomeone who is down to earth, friendly and approachableLanguage RequirementsBusiness fluency in German and EnglishAbout The CompanyAt OC&C we are committed to fostering an inclusive culture in which people of all backgrounds can thrive.
