Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, clean, and analyse HR data from multiple sources (Oracle, Thrive - LMS, Networx - ATS). Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools. Identify trends and provide actionable insights to HR leadership. AI & Automation Support Partner with stakeholders to evaluate use cases for AI tools and technologies for HR processes. Assist in designing and testing AI‑driven solutions, such as predictive analytics for attrition and workforce planning. Support automation of repetitive HR tasks (e.g., reference letters, onboarding workflows). Support delivery of chatbots or virtual assistants for employee queries. Help monitor and report on the impact of AI initiatives, including efficiency gains and employee experience improvements. Compliance & Governance Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HR policies and regulations. Conduct regular audits and maintain secure HR data systems. Collaboration Work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver insights. Present findings through clear visualisations and concise reports. What do we expect from you? Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR systems (Oracle, Networx). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI). Desirable Knowledge of HR metrics, workforce planning, and predictive analytics. Knowledge or experience in AI and/or automation technologies. Exposure to machine learning concepts or AI governance frameworks. Education & Experience Degree in a STEM subject (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
