Ads Marketing Scaled Channels Manager, EMEA
2 weeks ago
Ads Marketing Scaled Channels Manager, EMEA As the Ads Marketing Scaled Channels Manager, you'll spearhead and influence our pan-regional ads marketing amplification strategy in EMEA, ensuring that Netflix Ads’ B2B messages reach the right audiences at scale, through the most effective channels, in a measurable and continually optimised way. Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with 283 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. The Team The Ads Marketing team shapes our core advertising positioning and drives the go-to-market strategy to bring this positioning to life through compelling, differentiated messaging and narratives. By activating these messages across both sales channels (presentations, materials, talking points, events) and broader non-sales channels, the team builds widespread awareness and excitement among our key advertising partners. You will report to the Head of Ads Marketing, EMEA, based in London. The Opportunity This position will be a critical connector between global and local ads marketing — you will be the voice of EMEA upstream in global ads marketing workstreams on the one hand, and on the other partner closely with country marketers to scale and land our messages successfully across paid, owned and earned channels. This role requires a strategic growth marketer with strong operational expertise, skilled at building processes that facilitate seamless collaboration with international and cross-functional partners. You will help to shape and define why each channel matters to our brand, the role it plays (value proposition), the content approach it requires, and the frequency with which we activate it. Further, you will be critical in activating a globally aligned, locally empowered system that turns objective-led ideas into repeatable high impact stories — delivered to the right channels, at the right moments, across EMEA. Please note in our London office we go to the office 3 days per week. The Core Responsibilities Channel Strategy & Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and prioritise new and existing amplification channels for the EMEA region (e.g., website, paid media, partnerships, social, email, webinars). Understand our audiences deeply, develop and execute strategies to scale the reach and impact of these channels. Content Amplification: Collaborate with ads marketing, content, comms, and creative teams to ensure high-value assets are distributed effectively across all relevant channels. Tailor amplification tactics to different audience segments and stages of the marketing funnel. Performance Measurement & Optimisation: Define KPIs for each channel and regularly report on performance. Use data-driven insights to optimise channel mix, investment, and messaging for maximum impact. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with global Ads Marketing, Social, Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, Creative, and external partners to align amplification efforts with broader business goals. Serve as the subject matter expert for EMEA on amplification best practices within the Ads Marketing team. Market Intelligence & Insights: Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities within the region, sharing insights with specialised teams to refine strategy and keep Netflix Ads competitive. Qualifications At least 7 years in B2B marketing, growth or performance marketing, social, email marketing, or marketing operations, ideally within international or multi-market environments. Deep understanding of EMEA markets is a plus. In-depth knowledge of the B2B marketing funnel and the strategic use of amplification channels such as paid media, social, content syndication, events, and email. Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, generate insights, and optimise channel performance. Proven capability in developing scalable processes and frameworks for efficient execution and cross‑functional alignment. Exceptional project management skills, including budget oversight, resource coordination, and the ability to deliver multiple projects on tight deadlines. Skilled in cross-functional teamwork, with experience partnering closely with sales, product, content, and local marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns. Familiarity with trends in digital advertising, programmatic, and media buying (a plus). Ability to balance regional and global objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals while addressing market-specific needs. Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, passionate about experimentation and continuous improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at sharing best practices, providing training, and enabling regional teams. Highly organised, detail‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for thriving in Netflix’s unique company culture. Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.
