Insolvency Practitioner

We are looking for an Insolvency Practitioner to join our successful Insolvency team, headed by Dan James – an experienced Insolvency Practitioner and Partner at AG. Your office base could either be Taunton or Bristol. In this role, we’re seeking a qualified Insolvency Practitioner who is capable of confidently undertaking formal insolvency appointments and providing expert advice to clients. You will also build and maintain strong professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders while actively contributing to the business development of the department, securing new insolvency appointments through networking and leveraging your own contacts. What we need from you Be JIEB qualified and authorised to take appointments Bring substantial insolvency experience, ideally from a similar professional services environment Have a well‑established network within the legal, banking, and accountancy sectors Be comfortable working both in a client delivery capacity and a business development role Have excellent people skills and the ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service to clients and inspire others to do the same We understand that not everyone will come with these exact requirements.
