Doctors.net.uk is the UK's largest professional network of doctors; a closed community used by over 50,000 doctors daily and with a total membership of over 245,000. Products range from a trusted email communications platform to robust news and educational web pages along with our world-class sponsored pharmaceutical content and doctors’ own user-generated content. Our mission is to continually improve these offerings as well as identifying new ways to support our community of doctors throughout their career.ResponsibilitiesContract Review & Risk ManagementConduct comprehensive reviews of contracts, NDA’s, terms and conditions, and amendmentsIdentify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks including liability, indemnification, and performance obligationsEnsure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and GDPR obligationsEscalate high-risk or complex contractual issues to senior management and legal counselRelationship SupportWork closely with account managers and sales teams to facilitate smooth contract processesProvide commercial guidance during discussions and contract negotiationsAddress queries regarding contractual terms and obligationsSupport contract renewals and amendments to maintain long-term customer relationshipsDocumentation & Process ManagementMaintain accurate records of all contract negotiations and final agreementsDevelop and update contract templates and negotiation playbooksCreate contract summaries and risk assessments for internal stakeholdersEnsure timely contract execution and proper filing of all documentationQualificationsEssential RequirementsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor\'s degree in Law, Business, or related fieldMinimum 5 years\' experience in commercial contract negotiations, preferably customer-facingProven track record of successful contract negotiations with measurable commercial outcomesStrong understanding of commercial law, contract principles, and customer relationship managementSkills & CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interactionsStrong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing structures and business modelsAbility to interpret complex legal terms and explain them in business languageProficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office suitePersonal AttributesCustomer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skillsConfident and persuasive communicatorAnalytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProfessional demeanour suitable for senior-level customer interactionsDesirable RequirementsProfessional legal qualification or contract management certificationExperience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or B2B services sectorsKnowledge of international commercial terms and cross-border agreementsPrevious experience working with enterprise-level customersUnderstanding of SaaS or technology service agreementsBenefits25 days annual leaveParticipation in a company bonus scheme linked to personal and company performanceGroup Life Cover 4x salaryPension 4%/4% employee/employer contributionsVitality medicalafter probationStaff discount schemeDiscounted gym membershipAbout M3 EUM3 EU is at the forefront of healthcare innovation, offering digital solutions across healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and more.
