Job Summary Applications are invited for a Trust Grade Doctor in ENT at the Royal National ENT hospital, within University College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Applicants must be eligible for full registration with the GMC at time of appointment and hold a current licence to practise. Main Duties Full‐time position but job share or part‑time may be considered. Part of the SHO team, working on a rota with a mixture of clinic and theatre standard days, with day/night on‑call. Work between the Royal National ENT & Eastman Dental Hospital, the Grafton Way Building and Main UCLH Hospital. Person Specification – Professional Qualifications Eligible for full registration with the GMC at time of appointment and hold a current licence to practise. Basic Life Support Training. Completion of Foundation Year 2 training. MRCS(ENT) examination qualification by time of interview. Clinical Experience Broad experience of managing general ENT patients. Clinical Skills Good practical skills. Clinical Governance & IT Knowledge of audit methodology. Computer literacy. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Desirable Evidence of engagement in Quality Improvement. Personal Qualities A flexible collaborative approach. Good team worker. Upholding the trust values of safety, teamwork, kindness and improvement.
