At Ingenico, trust and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do.Job missionThe role is to support our customers and 3rd party organisations integrate Ingenico payment solutions into their POS payment infrastructure through development, pilot and deployment stages. This will require having the requisite knowledge of Ingenico low level applications that control and manage API’s and payment applications (including EMV).Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers/integratorsLog and track the progress of each issue ensuring excellent communications with stakeholdersWork closely with regional and Group R&D to offer quick solutionsLead customer support calls and meetings on technical issues and discussionsPreparation and loading of terminal software packagesEnsure loading tools are maintained to latest versions and standardsOccasional customer site visits to support and participate in technical investigationsProvide level 3 support for integration issues in production environmentSigns of successManage support requests in line with SLA’sDeliver work on time and to a consistently high standardProvide high first time fix rate on all resolved investigationsMaintain sound knowledge and understanding of Ingenico products and software architecturesSkills we can’t do without:Microsoft Office skills requiredTechnical support experience in S/W, IT or other technology industryAbility to communicate ideas in both technical and layman’s termsStrong analytical and creative problem-solving skillsEffective time management of workload related tasksAbility to work autonomously with little supervisionSkills we’d like:HND level in suitable engineering discipline or aboveSome software development experience i.e.Android Studio, Kotlin, JavaExperience with Android Studio applicationsBehaviour skills :Strong interpersonal skillsRespectful and courteous towards othersPositive “can-do” attitudeSelf-motivated and enthusiasticAs part of our values, we embrace diversity and inclusion at Ingenico.
