Private Client Fee EarnerLocation: HuddersfieldSalary: £30,000- £45,000Contract: Full Time, PermanentAbout the Firm/Role:We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Private Client Fee Earner to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience running a caseload independently and have a solid background within the wills & probate sector.As a fee earner, you will be integral to the firm's success, ensuring high standards of client care, case management, and maintaining the firm's reputation.You will be responsible for managing private client cases and contributing to the overall success of the team by promoting the firm's ethos, adhering to agreed practice procedures, and maintaining excellent client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Assist with client work as allocated by the Head of the Private Client Team, ensuring adherence to the firm's procedures and quality standardsIndependently manage a caseload, including wills, probate, trusts, estates, and tax planning mattersProvide timely updates to clients on the progress of their matters and on associated costs, ensuring excellent client communication at all timesUphold the highest standards of client care, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and a pleasant manner in all interactionsAchieve agreed billing and time recording targets, ensuring all client work progresses efficiently and in accordance with firm guidelinesComply with the Solicitors Accounts Rules and the Professional Conduct rulesCollaborate effectively with colleagues and external institutions to ensure smooth running of casesSupport, develop, and supervise immediate support staff as requiredEngage in self-development and training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and practicesPromote the firm's services and ethos, working in partnership with the Partners to grow the firm's reputationAbout You:Experience running a caseload independently, with a solid background in Private Client workA commitment to the ethos, values, and strategy of the firmStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectivelyExcellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detailExperience in achieving billing and time recording targetsBenefits packageExcellent work-life balance, with hybrid working available25 days holiday plus statutory days, with additional days for long serviceAn extra day off for your birthday and two half days off for Life Admin DaysHealth scheme for you and your familyTwo non-contractual bonuses per yearPension planA festive Christmas party and team get-togethersIf you are an experienced Private Client Fee Earner looking for a supportive and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.
