You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end RFP response process across diverse sectors, collaborating with partners in Cash Management, Cards, and Trade, as well as Relationship Managers and product specialists, to deliver compelling, client-focused solutions.This is an outstanding opportunity to gain deep exposure to the sales lifecycle, influence strategic client engagement, and showcase your ability to lead complex projects and craft persuasive proposals that drive business growth.**Your accountabilities will include:*** Develop a detailed understanding of client relationships, their business, sector, and challenges.* Attend client meetings wherever possible- before, during, and after the RFP process.* Plan, lead, and handle all stages of the RFP cycle, including RFIs, RFPs, and shortlist presentations.* Produce compelling proposals and pitch documents that contribute directly to business growth and P&L.* Drive teamwork by coordinating multiple partners across the bank to deliver seamless solutions.* Gather, manage, and analyse client win/loss feedback to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.If you think all banks are the same, you’d be wrong We’re an innovative, fast-changing business that’s shaping finance as a force for good.
