We are seeking an experienced, passionate and committed Clinical Psychologist to join our Mental Health Integrated Network Team (MINT) in Hammersmith & Fulham. MINT is a multidisciplinary service providing holistic support and treatment to adults presenting with a range of mental health difficulties within a stepped‑care framework. Responsibilities Lead role in ensuring that all members of multidisciplinary teams have access to a psychologically informed way of thinking and formulation about different client groups. Ensure the delivery of psychological treatments, provide consultation, facilitate joint work and contribute to the dissemination of psychological research and theory. Take responsibility for the systematic provision and governance of a high‑quality specialist clinical psychology service that supports the MDT to deliver care which is formulation‑driven, evidence‑based, strengths‑based, trauma‑informed and culturally informed. Utilise research skills for audit, policy and service development and conduct research within the area served by the team/service. Provide a comprehensive psychology service to service users with a range of mental health difficulties, including those with severe and enduring mental disorders and a wide range of psychiatric, psychological and criminological problems and complex needs. Provide specialist consultation, advice and support on psychological approaches to the management of people with complex difficulties who are being seen by other professional staff in the team and to referrers in secondary, tertiary and community mental health systems, as well as those in the voluntary sector. Oversee the psychology team, which works closely with three MDTs in Hammersmith & Fulham, and contribute to the development and delivery of treatment pathways within these teams. Support the teams in formulating and caring for service users.
