Our brilliant colleagues include specialists across education, engineering, product, learning design and marketing.We’re remote-first While our main office is in London, our team is composed of over 110 people (and counting) working from 10 countries.The roleWe’re looking for a talented Web Designer with strong graphic design skills and a passion for creating visually stunning, user-focused digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for designing and building websites that are both beautiful and functional, primarily using Figma for design and Webflow for development.In addition to web design, you’ll play a key graphic design role, creating high-quality visual assets for lead gen, social media, digital campaigns and print. From marketing materials and brand collateral to social posts and event graphics, you’ll ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand identity and engages our audience.If you’re passionate about creating memorable design and web experiences and you’re ready to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from youWhat you will doDesign visually engaging, user-centered website layouts, components, and interactions in Figma.Build responsive, high-quality websites in Webflow from concept to completion.Produce final design assets across socials, email, web and print to a high standard, following specifications and guidelinesDevelop and maintain design systems, ensuring brand consistency across all digital assets.Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and developer teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and usability.
