About the role As our Talent Acquisition Lead you’ll bring passion, thoughtfulness, and energy to every stage of the hiring process. You’ll deliver an exceptional candidate experience across our UK, Poland, and Philippines teams, ensuring each person we meet feels welcomed, valued and inspired, whether or not they join us. Working closely with the People Team you’ll shape how we attract, evaluate and hire people who’ll thrive here. You’ll be a true ambassador for our culture, helping us uphold the high standards we’re proud of. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the full recruitment cycle, attracting and hiring exceptional talent across multiple international teams. Develop thoughtful sourcing strategies that connect us with brilliant people globally while building strong future pipelines. Run structured interviews and assessments, ensuring fair, consistent and inclusive hiring decisions. Keep recruitment operations running smoothly with excellent admin and an impeccably maintained ATS. Use data and insights to improve our hiring processes and influence decision‑making. Partner with hiring managers to co‑create compelling, inclusive job descriptions. Support onboarding and help create a welcoming, organised and meaningful start for every new joiner. Carry out salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation. Champion BrightLocal’s culture, values and beliefs in every interaction. Experience That Will Help You Thrive Internal recruitment experience in a start‑up or SME (ideally tech). A strong track record in hiring for Tech and Product roles. Experience recruiting internationally and flexing approaches across markets. Deep understanding of full‑cycle and inclusive recruitment practices. Proficiency with sourcing tools — e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, search engines, job aggregators. Strong ATS experience and appreciation for high‑quality data and process efficiency.
