We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Accounting Associate Manager to lead and mentor a small team responsible for all financial accounting and reporting for our Israel operations. This is a great opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional with strong accounting skills and a passion for leading teams and driving process improvements. You’ll be a key player in our global finance transformation, bringing critical thinking and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to your work. Responsibilities Lead all month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting, and preparing/reviewing the monthly P&L and Balance Sheet. Oversee and improve balance sheet reconciliations, manage statutory financial statements, and act as a key liaison for internal and external audits. Mentor and develop a small accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture. Provide in‑depth financial analysis and insights to management by investigating variances and translating data into actionable recommendations. Drive process optimization and efficiency gains by using data and reporting tools, contributing to our broader finance transformation initiatives. Build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless, accurate reporting and compliance. Qualifications A qualified accountant with extensive experience in finance, including a track record of leading teams and managing complex financial cycles. Expertise in GAAP/IFRS and experience with major ERP systems like SAP, Workday, or Oracle. Proficiency in financial analysis tools such as Excel and Google Sheets, and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
