Start the new year with a fresh opportunity - new year, new beginnings Salary £40,000.00 Type Permanent (Hybrid role) Full time 40 hours (Mon - Fri from 8 : 30am - 5pm) Location Brighton. (You MUST be located within a 90-minute radius of the site to be considered for this role) Responsibilities As a Functional Assessor, you will play a crucial role in interviewing claimants to understand the challenges they face. You will carry out detailed assessments through telephone, video, or face-to-face appointments to understand how a claimant’s disability, condition, or illness affects their ability to carry out everyday activities in a respectful, fair, and reassuring manner. Analyse information critically to create accurate and concise reports. Interpret clinical information and evidence. Maintain professional standards in written communication and adherence to code of conduct. Provide positive experiences for claimants and colleagues, meeting quality and productivity targets. Qualifications A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a qualified healthcare professional (listed below) An ability to demonstrate a broad clinical knowledge.
