The Role We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Dry Bulk team. In this key role, you will provide vital support to the Customer Service team, work closely with Account Managers, process transport orders accurately, support delivery, and contribute to continuous service improvements. Responsibilities Work closely with Account Managers to provide operational support on dedicated customer accounts and assist in delivering tailored service solutions. Provide flexible support to the wider Customer Service team when required, helping manage the full order process and ensuring accuracy and efficiency from order entry through to delivery. Help resolve day-to-day issues, coordinate with internal departments, and support the implementation of new transport lanes. Provide data and insights to support financial and operational analysis and help drive process improvements. Collaborate with colleagues across Europe to support the delivery of innovative transport solutions and share best practices. Be adaptable, moving seamlessly between supporting customer service activities, liaising with operational and commercial teams, and contributing to service excellence initiatives.
