Senior Account Based Marketing Manager, Enterprise EMEA Join to apply for the Senior Account Based Marketing Manager, Enterprise EMEA role at Autodesk. Position Overview Autodesk is looking for a Senior Account Based Marketing Manager to drive growth initiatives within a targeted set of key accounts using ABM methods to influence pipeline, executive engagement, long‑term customer relationships, and awareness and adoption of Autodesk software and services among our Enterprise customers. Responsibilities Collaborate with sales on account plans, marketing strategy, tools, and customer programs; identify marketing opportunities to support and drive business with ABM. Team with a broader organization of account‑based marketers to drive growth across select accounts. Plan high‑touch ABM plans with clear growth, executive contact, pipeline and revenue objectives; nurture contacts within prioritized accounts and engage consistently with innovative marketing to generate opportunities. Foster peer‑to‑peer interaction within and across industries to share best practices. Develop and leverage programs, tools and assets that showcase Autodesk as a strategic partner and help customers maximize value from our solutions, relationships, and services. Measure the success of ABM programs. Navigate the Autodesk organization and professional networks to identify internal and external resources, stakeholders, and programs that support enterprise account objectives. Serve as the voice of the account teams and their customers to the larger Autodesk organization, ensuring their needs are considered in program and tool development. Minimum Qualifications 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, especially with enterprise customers. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation communication skills in English; other languages an advantage. Degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent professional training/experience. Solid professional experience in B2B marketing for large accounts. Proven track record of originating breakthrough ABM ideas, validating with stakeholders, and executing them. Strong analytical skills for ABM strategic and tactical planning and optimization. Ability to provide strategic and consultative input to sales teams. Customer‑facing experience in enterprise, account‑based, field marketing or solution sales. Self‑motivated team player who works cross‑functionally. Experience with Salesforce.com. Experience leveraging AI desirable. Ability to travel up to 30% during peak periods.
