A Day in the Life Our Sales Enablement and Excellence Specialist will be responsible for managing sales structure, data content and analytics, collaborating with their manager and the business partners on SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) and target‑setting process in Benelux and Nordics Cardiovascular business. The role also supports the business in using the Customer Relationship Management System: SFDC‑Lightning by managing content and trainings, sales data reporting and analytics to support our internal stakeholders. In this role, you will report to the Sales Enablement & Excellence Manager and work closely with other Sales Enablement and Excellence Specialists in Europe. The Sales Enablement & Excellence Specialist is a role that will work closely with the Cardiovascular Operating Unit, Sales and Marketing team within the Business, will be able to drive analytics and reporting tools. It will be essential to provide accurate and timely data/information to the business and ensure a close collaboration with our stakeholders. Responsibilities (may include the following and other duties may be assigned) Be the local expert on the country structure setup and the key country liaison for the sales structure maintenance team to ensure the structure accurately reflects the country’s situation. Be the local support for Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Salesforce Lightning and other Sales Enablement tools. Ensure that the Salesforce‑Lightning users have adequate visibility of key data, provide trainings and regular reports, and work closely with the Business on driving adoption. Support the target‑setting process with guidance from Sales Enablement Manager and collaborate on the incentives management process: mapping, proxy and manual adjustments, incentive plan metrics reconciliation, with the help and guidance of the SEE Manager and ad‑hoc sales reporting and analysis for the Business. Be the point of contact for data & analytics related questions within the region and be responsible for overall local data quality within SEE Scope. Collaborate with local stakeholders in your daily job to drive initiatives and help them make the best use of available reports and tools. Be an active and key member of the overall Sales Enablement & Excellence team, sharing and championing the dissemination and leverage of best practice within the wider organization. Collaborate and work closely with other Sales Enablement Specialists (Sales Analysts) in WE and in Northwestern Europe. Required Knowledge and Experience Business degree or equivalent experience combined with strong Commercial Excellence or Sales Analytics / Business Intelligence experience in medical device or healthcare industry (minimum 5 years of experience). Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills. Able to quantify financial impact of decisions and identify key factors when making recommendations; advanced Excel user. Fluent English, strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong team player with a track record of working collaboratively to manage cross‑functional, cross‑business issues and generate impact through others; a flexible individual comfortable in different cultures and situations. Passionate about the Medtech business and educating/training, supporting and inspiring people. Knowledge and experience with Medtronic and experience using Tableau and/or Business Objects are considered an advantage for this role.
