Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Enablement Specialist based in London, allowing a combination of in‑office and remote work. The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering sales training programs, supporting sales operations, and enhancing sales efficiency. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams to identify training needs, managing enablement initiatives, and working on strategies to improve overall sales effectiveness. The role involves program management, communication with cross‑functional teams, and providing resources to ensure sales teams meet their objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Enablement and understanding of sales processes, with the ability to develop and implement enablement strategies. Experience in Sales Trainings and supporting sales professionals in improving their skills and knowledge to optimize performance. Strong Program Management abilities to organize, manage, and execute sales enablement initiatives effectively. Excellent Communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and engaging delivery for both internal teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of Sales Operations and processes to support sales teams and ensure seamless execution of objectives. Problem‑solving and analytical skills with a results‑driven mindset. Experience in using sales enablement tools and platforms is an added advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory if backed by relevant experience.
