With over 38,000 homes in management across London and southern England, we offer a wide range of social, affordable and private rental homes, specialist services, homes for sale and shared ownership.Role OverviewAs a Neighbourhood Manager at A2Dominion, you’ll be the face of the company and directly shape the lives of residents by delivering exceptional, supportive neighbourhood management across a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed‑tenure buildings. Your work will enhance safety, wellbeing and satisfaction, ensuring compliance with all regulations and addressing noise complaints, safeguarding and building maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct estate, scheme and property inspections to maintain high safety and cleanliness standards.Support residents with tenancy management issues such as noise complaints, disputes and safeguarding concerns.Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to address building maintenance and safety.Engage residents through regular communication, ensuring their concerns are heard and acted upon.Provide tailored support to vulnerable individuals and families.Gather resident feedback to continually improve services and ensure satisfaction.Represent the company in external meetings, attend court proceedings and support residents through a range of issues.More About YouExperience in customer‑facing roles in housing, community work, local authority services, social care or similar fields.Ability to work independently, manage a busy workload and make sound decisions under pressure.Excellent communicator who can engage residents, challenge behaviour when required and build strong professional relationships; highly organised.Strong attention to detail, accurate record‑keeping and comfortable carrying out estate visits and inspections.Strong IT literacy, quick to pick up new systems and understand safeguarding principles with willingness to raise concerns appropriately.Full UK driving licence and access to a car essential.DesirableAwareness of tenancy law, ASB processes or building safety.Experience supporting vulnerable people or managing complex cases.Training/qualification in safeguarding, ASB, mediation or health & safety.Experience using CRM systems or case‑management tools.Benefits25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays).Up to 8% contributory pension.Generous annual allowance of up to £300 for health and lifestyle benefits for you and your family.Diversity & InclusionWe’re a Disability Confident Employer and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.
