We’re looking for an inspiring Progress & Performance Tutor to engage students through high‑quality learning, tutorials and PSHE & RSE sessions. You’ll help them build independence, confidence, and the skills they need for life, work, and further study. Main Responsibilities and Duties Deliver engaging tutorials and sessions that prepare students for life, work, and further study — covering topics such as safeguarding, relationships, employability, health, and wellbeing. Deliver learning using relevant technologies, assess progress, and provide feedback that supports continuous improvement and independence. Maintain excellent communication with students, staff, and parents/carers to ensure consistent support and guidance. Conduct 1:1 sessions to review progress, provide welfare support, and keep students on track with personal, academic, and career goals. Work closely with the safeguarding team and wider College support services to maintain a safe, inclusive environment. Monitor progress, attendance, and performance, supporting students’ development of essential skills and UCAS applications. Collaborate with colleagues across the College and take part in marketing events, open days, and wider College activities.
