Estimator - Passive Fire Protection

Our client is expanding their passive fire protection division and is looking to appoint an Estimator to support tendering and pre-construction activity across a wide range of projects. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of pricing fire stopping works and wants to join a business with ambitious plans for growth.
The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing drawings and specifications, carrying out material take-offs and liaising closely with suppliers and subcontractors to compile competitive tenders. You’ll work across both new build and refurbishment schemes, supporting the commercial and operations teams to ensure that pricing aligns with delivery requirements.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in passive fire protection or a related trade such as drylining, carpentry packages, interior fit-out or building envelopes. The successful individual will have strong analytical skills, good attention to detail and the confidence to work on multiple tenders simultaneously.
