You will support the BP Pension Fund's operations by maintaining, enhancing and testing the systems that underpin pension administration. What you will do Maintain and develop systems: Support day-to-day operation, configuration and enhancement of pensions administration and supporting systems. Deliver technical solutions: Design, build and test extracts, integrations, reports and automation to meet operational requirements. Manage data: Maintain data quality, perform data reconciliations and manage data flows across systems. Testing and change control: Plan and complete system testing, support releases and maintain change documentation. Gather requirements: Run workshops and requirements sessions, translate business needs into technical specifications and influence positive outcomes. Reporting and analytics: Create and maintain management information, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis to support decision making. Collaborate and share knowledge: Work within the team to share expertise, support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement. What you will need to be successful Education: Degree level education or equivalent experience preferred and/or relevant formal certification.
