Administrator (Workbased Learning) Gweinyddwr (Dysgu Seiliedig ar Waith) at Pembrokeshire College Salary Details BS14 - 18 BAR 19 - 21 (currently £24,358 - £25,435 BAR £25,743 - £27,603 per annum) This is a 6-point incremental scale with progression to each point on an annual basis. Commencing salaries will be assessed in accordance with the Colleges starting salaries matrix. Contract Type Salaried - permanent Working Hours Full-time - 37 hours per week Holiday Entitlement 28 days Annual Leave (increasing to 32 days on completion of 5 years service) plus Statutory Bank Holidays & College Closure days pro rata Qualifications Hold a relevant minimum Level 2 qualification. It is however highly desirable to hold a relevant level 3/4 qualification. If not held, it is essential to undertake and achieve this during employment. Responsibilities You will be an experienced administrator with past experience of working within a busy office environment. You will be highly computer literate with excellent analytical skills together with good attention to detail and experience of manipulating data using complex databases. You will demonstrate initiative, have an organised and structured approach to work and must have the ability to work towards and meet targets/deadlines. You will be an excellent and confident communicator providing exceptional customer service to staff, learners and external providers. You will provide ongoing support and continuous maintenance of the Colleges internal Maytas and EBS systems. You will support with processing and managing of trainee payments, support costs and monthly finance claims.
