We’re looking for a BDR Manager to join our growing team and lead our Business Development efforts across EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a developing function in the region, guide and scale an existing team of BDRs, influence our global strategy, and build scalable processes that drive meaningful growth. This is a remote role, based in London. What You’ll Be Doing Recruit, manage, onboard, and continually coach a growing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Set up and run process to optimize inbound lead qualifications and drive outbound prospecting efforts to build qualified leads. Work closely and collaboratively with internal business teams, marketing, and sales teams. Provide consistent visibility and insights into sales development activities, hand-off, dispositions, and outcomes by region, team, and individual. Implement, improve, and standardize key sales processes in service of driving consistent and repeatable motions that predictably drive revenue growth. What Are We Looking For Prior management experience leading a Business/Sales Development team at a fast-growing SaaS B2B company. Metrics-driven, with an analytical approach to solving business problems and coaching sales reps. Proven track record of delivering on sales pipeline targets. Proven ability to make solid connections and overcome rejection and temporary setbacks to achieve results. Hunger to keep improving, learn more, and overachieve. Cold calling and emailing experience.
