Who You Are You are an experienced business leader, owner, or senior consultant seeking a more independent, purposeful next chapter. 12+ years in senior management or business ownership. Expertise in at least two of: strategy, finance, marketing, sales, operations, or consulting. A genuine passion for helping entrepreneurs and SMEs grow. Strong interpersonal and commercial judgement.
