Besides investing in and building large-scale fast growing business models, we have created an investment vehicle to invest in the right founders and CEOs to find a business venture they can excel in and support them in their journey to create extraordinary companies.What We Offer YouNova Founders Capital are searching for experienced or aspiring CEOs for their Search Funds. You will get the unique opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our existing portfolio, or become CEO of an existing company within our portfolio.You will become part of an ambitious network and have a dedicated Board of Directors consisting of experienced founders, board members and CEOs that have started, acquired, built and exited various companies.You will receive both great upside in your work with a compensation geared mostly towards equity of 10-20% depending on the business, and a base salary of up to 80K GBP.Your ResponsibilitiesAs CEO, you will have the sole responsibility of building and growing your business. Specific tasks vary to the specific stage and company, and will include:Build a world-class organisationBuild, lead, develop and motivate an exceptional teamDefine and execute strategies to drive results across all functionsRecruit the right people and constantly develop the employeeBe fully responsible for the P&L and day-to-day operationsWhat do we expect from youStrong work ethic with a sense of urgencyExceptional drive and desire to be the best at what you doProactive approach and sense of ownership/responsibility of everything you doA humble approach and share our passion for building companies and developing peopleInterested in continuous learning and proactively searching for ways to optimiseMin. a bachelor or master degree with great resultsTop tier academics, maybe with an MBA3-7 years at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank, start up or companyWe are hiring on a continuous basis.Create a Job AlertInterested in building your career at Nova Founders Capital?
