This will be an opportunity to really influence the future of the business and reap the rewards. We are looking for a proven Managing Director to lead the company through its next stage of growth. Reporting to the Group CEO, you will be responsible for the P&L, strategic direction, operational performance, and cultural development of the company.

Your focus will include:

Driving sales growth through key accounts and distributor management, business development, and brand development.
Elevating sales & marketing performance, building stronger routes to market, and expanding reach.
Leveraging data, insights, and digital innovation to drive performance and enhance customer experience.
