Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Coffee Manager to join our team working at Finchley Memorial Hospital.You will be working as part of a fantastic team, leading the team from the front and overseeing the operation. We also offer apprenticeship schemes, so that your learning journey can continue.A day in the life of a Coffee Shop ManagerManage daily operations of the coffee shop using Aramark systems to meet sales targets and maintain gross profit percentageMonitor financial performance to ensure the site stays on track with business goalsLead a team of 7 staff, overseeing rotas, holiday planning, and professional conductFoster team development by encouraging growth and maintaining high standardsEnsure excellent customer service by engaging with hospital staff, patients, and visitorsBuild relationships with regular users of the facility to enhance customer experience.Understand hospital clinic schedules to align coffee shop operations with peak timeAdapt services to meet the needs of both hospital staff and patients effectivelyYou’ll be set up for success if you haveExperience operating as a generalist HR professional with skills in ER, L&D, TA, TUPE and Change ManagementCIPD qualified L5 is highly desirableExperience of managing senior stakeholders at a national level in large, complex operational areaCompetent collating, manipulating and presenting dataExcellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain cross functional stakeholder relationshipsIf you are applying for this role and you already work for Aramark, you must notify your line manager before submitting your application.At Aramark UK, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and empowered to thrive.
