You'll be shaping strategy, driving growth, increasing market share, and playing a key role in the operational success of the business.Opportunities like this do not come around oftenAs a Head of Residential Sales, you will be offered:Basic salary up to £40,000OTE up to £80,000Strong financial guarantee availableExcellent work/life balanceFull support from the business ownersAs a Head of Residential Sales, your duties will be:Lead and shape the direction of the Residential Sales departmentCreate and deliver a clear growth and performance strategyDrive turnover, fees, and profitabilityChampion business development and generate new opportunitiesOversee marketing to enhance brand visibility and instructionsWin market share through strong listings and improved conversionsRecruit, train, and develop a high-performing teamBuild a positive, motivated culture across the departmentManage branch performance, 1–1s, reviews, and daily operationsEnsure compliance with all industry legislation and regulationsDeliver high-quality communication across all areasCarry out market appraisals and support sales negotiationsConduct morning meetings, monthly one-to-ones, and influence recruitment decisionsTo be considered for the Head of Residential Sales role, you must have:Strong knowledge of the Cambridge property marketProven managerial experience within estate agencyOutstanding track record in winning instructions and driving salesExceptional communicator who can build trust and influence at all levelsStrategic thinker with first-class planning, organisation, and leadership skillsSolutions-focused, proactive, and confident confronting challenges head-on #J-18808-Ljbffr
