What You'll Be Doing We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to run the engine room of our People function. Owning and improving People Ops processes across the full employee lifecycle. Keeping our HRIS clean, accurate, and running efficiently. Building people dashboards and insights that help us make great decisions. Delivering a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience. Overseeing benefits, policies, and compliance across the business. Leading and developing our People Ops Coordinators and Workplace Experience Partner. We're Looking For Experience working in a fast‑paced People Ops environment. Strong HRIS capability and confidence building workflows and reporting. Comfortable using data to spot trends and drive improvements. Proven ability to innovate, streamline and automate People Ops processes. Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships. Someone organised, proactive, and excited to make People Ops run brilliantly at scale.
