Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join our team at high-profile sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of the facility. The work will be shared across two sites. Key Responsibilities Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across mechanical and electrical systems. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Integral and client safety procedures and policies. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using the site’s CAFM system. Liaise with site management and contractors to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks. Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site. Skills & Experience Recognised qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent). Proven experience in a similar multiskilled maintenance role, ideally within a fast-paced or critical environment. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of health and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
