Job Overview Store Colleague – Part‑time (Fixed Term) Location: 141-143 Farnham Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL 1 4XB Salary: £13.46 – £13.46 per hour Hours: 16 hours per week, Part‑time (Fixed Term). Full availability required on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday between 7:00 am–9:30 pm. Contract Type: Fixed Term Responsibilities As a Store Colleague, you will be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You will build strong customer relationships, enhance their experience, and support day‑to‑day retail activities. What You Will Bring With You Outstanding Customer Service: Capable of providing personalised and attentive service, ensuring every customer feels appreciated and understood. Strong Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication to effectively engage with customers and clearly convey information. Effective Problem‑Solving: Skilled in addressing customer questions and resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Eagerness to Learn: A keen interest in ongoing learning and professional development. Target Focus: Recognises the importance of setting and achieving targets in a retail setting to enhance business performance. Teamworking: Understands the significance of collaboration and teamwork in providing excellent customer service and reaching Pet Care Centre goals. Flexibility: Able to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.
