You’ll take responsibility for all aspects of site setup and trenchless works, while ensuring safety, quality and compliance.You’ll coordinate with site supervisors and help drive productivity, supporting the performance and development of your team.Here are some of the activities you’ll be involved in…Leading trenchless works (CIPP, patching, enabling) on planned and reactive sitesCoordinating site setup, plant, materials, and traffic managementMonitoring quality and ensuring safe working practices across the teamManaging customer interactions professionally and in line with proceduresCoaching and mentoring operativesWe'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate...We’re keen to hear from candidates with a strong background in trenchless or wastewater works, particularly those with leadership experience.Valid UK driving licence is essentialCSCS, Confined Space, Manual Handling, and First Aid certifications desirableExperience with CIPP lining, jetting, patching, and CCTV surveysAbility to lead a team and maintain high work standards under pressureSound like your kind of role?
