School Catering Assistants Needed - Kettering Area Pay: £14.87 per hour (including holiday pay) Hours: 9:00am - 2:00pm | Ideal for parents Are you looking for flexible, family-friendly work within local schools? We are currently recruiting Catering Assistants to join our agency team for ongoing school bookings across the Kettering area. These roles are perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and want hours that fit around school schedules. Key Responsibilities Assisting with the preparation and serving of school meals Ensuring food is presented to a high standard Operating basic kitchen equipment safely Cleaning down the kitchen and dining areas Washing up and maintaining general hygiene standards Supporting the catering team with daily tasks as required Following food safety and health & safety guidelines Requirements Enhanced DBS - we can help you apply if you don't have one Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate, or willingness to obtain it Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude Ability to work well as part of a team Previous catering or school experience is beneficial but not essential Why Join Us?
