Finance Lead - Health & Wellness D2C Start Up - South London Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Lead who can come into the business and take ownership of the finance function. The business is quickly becoming a major player in their space, offering high‑quality products and selling through a D2C channel. They are aggressively conquering the market and plan to expand product visibility to international audiences. Base pay range 70-90k – London – Hybrid About the role Responsibilities Own the financial operations and reporting/accounting function – internally and to investors and relevant authorities Business partner across the business Develop and improve commercial models, analysing key D2C metrics Lead the audit process with external accountancy firm Build and manage a growing finance team over time Research and propose new approaches, tools, and best practices for the wider company Update processes and models as the company scales Manage bank accounts and payment processes across jurisdictions Handle VAT returns and oversee outsourced tax returns About You Qualified accountant (ACCA or ACA) with strong Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Suite skills Experience in an ecommerce/D2C business Experience with Xero is desirable Understanding of inventory and supply chain Ability to hire, build excellent teams, and coach direct reports Prior experience at a fast‑paced start‑up/scale‑up would be beneficial Experience with a multi‑currency environment is preferred Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Accounting / Auditing and Finance Industries Technology, Information and Media, Retail, and Consumer Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
