About the role: Lead end-to-end ERP asset management module implementations and upgrades, ensuring alignment with finance and accounting requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, procurement, and operations to gather requirements, design workflows, and configure systems. Manage data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure reliable and compliant asset data in the ERP. Drive process redesign initiatives around asset lifecycle management within the ERP environment—from purchase, capitalization, depreciation to disposal. Integrate asset management systems with general ledger, fixed asset registers, and financial reporting tools. Develop training programs, documentation, and support materials to increase system adoption and compliance. Monitor ERP system performance and lead issue resolution, patching, and continuous improvements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls within ERP processes.
