Responsibilities Ensure the smooth operation of the information system and network quality, meeting user expectations while ensuring maximum system security. Implement and support the operational and security strategy of the Group and the Company. Act as liaison between Group IT and UK business stakeholders for continuous improvement and technological advancement. Participate in defining strategy and implementing development projects. Perform needs analysis, technology watch, and propose improvements. Implement and administer operating systems and networks with the IT department. Maintain and develop system and network infrastructure and provide technical support for new system projects. Qualifications / Skills Architecture and system functionality knowledge. Telecommunications technologies and Internet proficiency. Office environments and operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server2016, Linux). Active Directory and LDAP directories. IT and telecommunications security standards and procedures. Network and system administration. Knowledge VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization. Communication protocols. Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment. Highly Valued 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar position. Place of Work Position based in Poole or Coventry with frequent travel to both company offices. Hybrid working after probation period. Hours of Work 40 hours per week (8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday; 30‑minute lunch break). Salary & Benefits £35‑50k package depending on experience. Private health care. Company events.
