Responsibilities include: Supporting outings to the Cinema, bowling, karaoke, bingo, shopping and swimming Facilitating walks, picnics and seaside trips Visiting local Zoos and Donkey sanctuaries Train rides and museum visits Leading or supporting arts and crafts sessions and other creative activities These activities aim to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being while building a sense of community and belonging. Role Overview You’ll support adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health You’ll support them to flourish in a place they call home. You’ll empower the people we support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives You’ll give high-quality support tailored to people's needs You’ll do activities like cooking, art or listening to music. And get out for movie nights and food outings You’ll provide personal care including support with continence needs; health and medication needs; handling personal possessions; finances and documents; shopping. Help them to have good levels of personal and environmental hygiene You’ll follow our procedures, so we give consistent, safe, and reliable care and support Essential Good general education Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable) A commitment to undertake training and development Desirable RQF Level 2 or above in social care Previous experience within social care setting Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks Confident IT user We're one of the largest adult social care providers in the UK today - and we plan to keep growing and benefiting more lives.
