The purpose of this role is to lead the paid search strategy, make data‑led decisions and ensure our paid campaigns meet commercial goals and regulatory standards. You’ll plan, deliver and optimise high‑impact PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, generating quality leads and maximising return on investment. Why join us? What You'll Be Doing Leading the planning, delivery and optimisation of PPC campaigns across Google, Microsoft and other platforms; keeping up to date with trends and compliance requirements. Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation to identify opportunities. Monitoring campaign performance, adjusting bids and budgets to improve CTR, CPC, conversion rates and ROAS. Collaborating with SEO, analytics and creative teams to align campaigns with wider marketing activity. Setting up conversion tracking, monitoring attribution, and producing regular performance reports with actionable insights. What You'll Need To Have Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing principles and theory. Ability to drive leads to our websites and improve ROI. Understanding of the technology behind digital platforms, enabling liaison with tech teams. Strong time‑management skills, ability to meet deadlines, work within a budget and deliver a high‑standard service. Excellent copywriting skills focused on conversion. What Makes You Stand Out Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with measurable ROI. Knowledge of social PPC platforms and tools (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
