Were in a lovely location with beautiful surroundings and have teams with exceptional reputations they are proud of.Main duties of the jobResponsibilities of a Royal Trinity Bank Hospice Nurse:Planning, implementing and evaluating evidence-based nursing care for patients and their carers.Anticipating the changing needs of patients and families.Participating in IDT discussions that inform the management plan for patients.Work closely with a wide and varied team of health care professionals.Skills and experience required:Hold an up to date NMC registration.Be competent across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge.Show a passion for working with and supporting the needs of adults with a life-limiting condition, with a real commitment to delivering the highest level of care at all times.Possess excellent communication skills.Be eager to learn and develop yourself as a nurse.About usRoyal Trinity Hospice is committed to promotingequal opportunities in employment.
